Underwater Inspection and Maintenance Service for Bunduq Platform Structures & Pipelines
The execution of activities and the production of deliverables deemed necessary for the execution of the project (such as Inspection, Procurement, Construction and Installation ) shall be performed by Divetech Marine. The objectives of underwater surveys include detection, positioning and proper measurement of any evidence of damage or distress, carrying out routine inspection and measurement of items that affect asset integrity and performance.
The Inspection and Procurement Engineering services (including but not limited to detailed engineering, and any subcontracted engineering, if applicable and approved by BUNDUQ) has to be performed at DMES Home Office in Abu Dhabi in order to perform the following:-

Removal & Disposal of 2 No. Wrecks from Sittwe Port, Myanmar.
On behalf of MEA, the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) awarded a project to Divetech Marine - Salvage Company (Member of ISU) in two bid systems for ‘Removal and Disposal of Two Wrecks at Sittwe Port, Myanmar,’ for possessing capabilities of Wreck Removal, Disposal, De-bunkering, Salvage, etc.
The scope of our work is as follows:
The initial survey to locate and mark the wrecks and position the vessels accordingly for salvage work.
Identifying the lay of the wreck and preparation of the methodology for the salvage operations.
Airlifting the surrounding material and mud to expose the wreck clearly, in order to identify the lifting points.
Employing divers to check for material (fuel, oil & misc.) content and report the same to surface and a Surface Team to prepare methodology for safe disposal of the identified material.
Removing the wreck along with the debris from the seabed for disposal.
Proposal includes all associated equipment and required manpower, both on-shore and offshore equipment, and for disposal of the salvaged material as mutually accepted with the client.

Adyard / Adnoc Processing - Underwater Welding & Diving Support Services at Ruwais
ADNOC Gas Processing Terminal Consist of 2.6 Kilometer trestle jetty comprising of a three berth from the exportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and Paraffinic Naphtha. M/s Divetech Marine carry out Installation of Fenders with frame for Berthing Dolphin using the marine vessel and IMCA diving team.
2018 ADNOC Refining (RRE - GUP Project)
Design, Supply and Installation of Boom for SWI-II at Ruwais Refinery(East)
Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (ADNOC), operates Ruwais Refinery at Ruwais, around 250km away from Abu Dhabi. Ruwais refinery is consisting of various process and refinery utility units. There are three existing Sea Water Intakes (SWI) at Ruwais which supply water to the desalination plant, general utility area and adjacent operation companies of ADNOC (OPCOs).ADNOC award contract to EPC Contractor M/s Divetech Marine to install Primary Oil Boom and construct associated civil work, the purpose of which is to protect the Sea Water Intake – 2 (SWI-2) from the surface debris and floating oil primarily.
Inspection Of Marine Terminal At Ruwais Refinery – Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (Takreer)
The marine terminal at Ruwais Refinery (EAST) extends to up to about 2.8 km into the sea with a jetty made of steel. Divetech Marine was contacted to carry out the inspection and maintenance both underwater and above water. The work included necessary maintenance of pile coating replacement and repairs of paints and other systems to ensure continued integrity of the jetty.
Borouge 3 Utilities & Offsites Project – Overseas Ast Company Llc / Abu Dhabi Polymers Ltd
Replacement of Chlorination line and internal cleaning of pipelines at Borouge 3 U&O Project under the subcontractors of M/s. Overseas AST. A crew of more the 120-diving crew and 06 diving spread including vessels has been deployed for the entire duration of the project.

Underwater (On –Stream) Internal Inspection Of Asab-0 Fire Water Tank – Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd Asab Plant (Gasco Asab)
The GASCO ASAB-0 (NGL) Plant is located in ASAB area, approx. 19 km away from Abu Dhabi, U.A.E City. The main scope of work covered the underwater internal visual inspection, ultrasonic examination and corrosion mappings of Fire Water Tanks in the ASAB Plant.
Gasco Ruwais Ngl Trains I & Ii Sea Water Intake Mushrooms And Pipelines Cleaning – 2015-2019. Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd (Gasco)
The Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO) operates the GASCO Ruwais NGL Plant located inside the Ruwais Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi. The NGL plant has four cooling water basins of which one is for Trains 1 & 2, one for Train 3 and one for Train 4.
These cooling water basins receive sea water through intake pipelines each approximately 1.5 km long. The cooling water basin feeds the suction of the cooling water pumps.
Divetech was given the task of internal inspection and cleaning of these NGL plants’ seawater intakes depending on the accumulation of shell and slit.
SBM OPS And Maintenance At Fujairah Port- Vopak Horizon Fujairah Limited
The Port of Fujairah with its strategic location on the UAE East Coast, at the crossroads of shipping lines between East and West, is one of Emirates’ vital facilities. It offers an important hub for their activities towards markets of the Indian sub-continent and East of Africa.
Divetech Marine was chosen as the Diving Contractor for the Fujaira’s Leading Oil Refinery Company, VOPAK, for the maintenance and operations of oil handling births and Single Point Mooring (SPM) owned by them.
2017 - 2018 Project
ADNOC Refining (RRE- Marine Terminal Project)
About 2.8 kms long and extending into the sea from the shoreline, the marine terminal of Ruwais Refinery (East) consists of 711 trestle piles, 30 breasting dolphins, 34 mooring dolphins, 6 small boat landing stages, 118 impresses current anode (93-No’s Underwater), 31 zinc reference cells and 15 transformer rectifiers. Jetty piles are protected by a tough external coating of carboglass 1678 paint and further supplemented by current cathodic protection system. A specialized diving team, NDT & IRATA Rope Access with qualified personnel are to carry out perform the underwater inspection and above water maintenance.
Abu Dhabi Polymers Co Ltd (Borouge)
The Borouge#3 Expansion Project in Ruwais include a Utilities & off Sites (U&O) Project. One element of this U&O Project is a seawater cooling facility which included four (4) No's, Dia of 3000mm polypropylene seawater intake pipes to draw seawater for cooling from 3.5km offshore. M/s Divetech Marine carryout Installation, Inspection, Repair & Maintenance work.
Carbon Black & Delayed Coker (Cbdc) - Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (Takreer)
Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKRRER) is to build a Carbon Black and Delayed Coker (CBDC) plant located in Ruwais in the Western District of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As part of the works, Union Pipes Industry (UPI) has been contracted to Samsung Engineering Ltd., the main EPC contractor for the project, to produce and install the 5th line seawater intake pipeline for the CBDC project. Overseas AST Co LLC / Divetech Marine Engineering Services LLC have been tasked with the marine works element of the UPI project as sub-contractors.
Borouge 3 Internal Inspection And Repair Of Sea Water Intake Pipeline
Divetech Marine has successfully completed the installation of spool piece on seawater intake pipelines of diameter measuring 3.1 meters at Borouge 3 SWI. We’ve also carried out internal pipeline survey and repair works including removal of marine growth and sediments up to 150 meters either side of man holes.

Divetech Marine successfully completed the inspection of RRW Jetty both under and above water, including the detailed inspection of Splash Zones, Coating Inspection, etc.
Pol Pier Jetty Repair Works , Us Navy – Diego Garcia - Centerra Sjc (Wilson Taylor / Us Navy)
Divetech Marine has successfully completed installation of 1150 units of 160 kg sacrificial and sled anodes, ICCP reference cells using wet welding techniques, and burning of H piles including grouting works.

Divetech Marine won the contract for diving and support services for Seawater Intake Pipeline Cleaning and Manhole Repair Works under the subcontract of M/s. Oversaes AST.
Al Dabbiya Phase Iii Marine Infrastructure (Bam International / Company For Onshore Oil Operations (Adco))
M/s BAM International Abu Dhabi LLC is the subcontractor to Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) for the Marine Infrastructure Works for Al Dabb’iya Phase III at Al Dabb’iya. BAM International Abu Dhabi LLC appointed M/s. DIVETECH MARINE as their subcontractor for all the diving works involved in the project.

Divetech Marine carried out diving services at Seawater Intake 1 to remove oil deposit on breakwater stones and desilting at Ruwais Refinery – (East)
